"I emailed three vendors my agent gave me, and Chad was the first to respond late on a Friday. The other two reacted late on Monday. Chad's urgency with everything was the reason I picked him and Movement. I needed a pre-approval with my offer letter that I sent on Sunday, and that did it for me. Chad went over the top to serve me - end of story. When you add the nightmare of the appraisal not coming in at or above the purchase price, Chad and the team moved mountains to close three days later while my wife and I were in Orange Beach.
