"I’d rather tell you what kept me from giving it a 10/10 since that’s more actionable. I did not recent a correct Cash to Close account until the day before closing. In the 6 days prior, I received 4 different amounts, and continued to point out where they were incorrect due to one factor it another. Instead of resolving this two weeks out, I was constantly told “it’ll be resolved in the final” which wasn’t a helpful answer when trying to line up the correct funds for a check when moving from out of state. I really needed a believable number 7 days prior and there was no reason it couldn’t have been provided."
