In 1999 Cathy was a struggling single mom, 5 years out of bankruptcy, and homeless. Thankfully a Mortgage Professional took time to work with Cathy to rebuild her credit and leverage the available loan programs and down payment assistance programs. In 2000 Cathy was able to buy a home. That initial experience demonstrated to Cathy first-hand the power that home ownership has to improve lives and build wealth. Since then, Cathy has established a successful 20 plus year career in the real estate industry as both a Senior Loan Officer and a Real Estate Investor. She now owns several rental properties and received the Juneau Empire's Reader's Choice Award for Best Loan Originator in Juneau. Her passion lies with First Time Home Buyers and people who are working through credit challenges.
