"Most of the communication was excellent, though the final closing was a bit chaotic. We weren't aware of needing to sign in person after completing all of the e-signatures. Fortunately you were able to secure a notary in 12 hours but with a little more of a heads up we could have prevented the stress of completing the signing before one of us left on a trip and the other went to work for 15 days straight. A little more of a timeline and foresight would have been nice. Overall, it was a smooth process. Thank you!"
