My options for our mortgage were explained clearly and in ways that helped us evaluate what our best fit was. The checklist in their dashboard was very helpful on keeping us on track. They requested all the pertinent documents only once(a former experience with a different group was not positive in this regard. Asking for things multiple times in an email reply with the requested info attached hahaha). They also exceeded our expectations with how quickly they were able to get us to the closing table.
