"It was the issues In- between....but I can say without Brandon I would have given up from the second week. If Brandon wasn't there to explain and help me get through all the paperwork to submit would have said forget it. There is Training that is needed on the side of the support staff. I am normally pretty good at sending and attachments. But if someone is not proficient in the 2025 way of submitting documents there needs to be another way and ti.e to send the documents"
