He lacks compassion and needs better people skills. He definitely pays attention to fine details, which is a benefit and much needed, however, he comes across as rude and overbearing, not only to customers but to insurance people as well. I’m certain that he is efficient but he needs more training on people skills and communication and how listening to understand is actually a thing rather than listening to respond. The negative interactions definitely make you second guess your decisions. Becky did amazing service recovery and saved the day and made it possible for us to close early."
