"The underwriting process was grueling. They waited until the last minute to ask for more documents when they had my file for a couple weeks. There main guy who handles VA home loans was on leave due to medical reasons and apparently there isn't anyone else there proficient in VA home loans. Barry had to explain to the underwriters on a few different occasions how to do their job. Things got to the point that management had to get involved. Barry great, underwriting team not so great."
