"These rating are all for Ari Berman. My initial experience with Movement was through Jonathan Cundiff and my rating would look very different in a negative way for him. Jonathan led me to believe that I was able to make a cash offer and so financial issues would be non-existent, as we had already gone through the approval process. That was not the case, when after he left, Ari picked our case up and there were a lot of loose ends that had to be approved through underwriting. This would have been easy for Ari to simply leave us fail, as not his problem. He did not. He said to me that it would be his only mission to make sure we do not lose our earnest money. Frankly, I was skeptical. Ari was not always fully communicative nor transparent with me in where we were in the process, but he 100% kept his word and worked extremely hard to make sure we successfully closed. I went from skeptical and anxious to extremely anxious to a firm believe in Ari. You have a true service minded person in Ari and he really went the extra mile to for me and my family. My understanding from my realtor (could be inaccurate, as it is hearsay) is that Ari does not get credit for our mortgage close. This is an injustice. Ari went the extra mile for us and really deserves to be compensated for his efforts. He allowed us to have a home after searching 2 years and struggling through the very cut throat North Atlanta housing market. I know that he did not do it by himself and sure there are others within the Movement organization that made this happen as well, but Ari was the person we spoke and interacted with, so please pass along this appreciation to the entire team that helped make this happen.
