Don't know until 7 days before scheduled closing and this delayed my closomg closing to the beginning of the next month Instead of being at the end of the month. Also found out my loan wasn't a priority because it was a refinance instead of a new loan. This was slightly disappointing. If i I had been told early in the month this would not have been a problem."
