"I was purchasing my home without a realtor directly from the seller. I was given Allen's information by a realtor that I know. She spoke very highly. When I decided to start the process of qualifying and preapproval. I gave Allen a shout. After talking with him for about 5 to 10 minutes, I knew right there I would not need to try to find anyone else. I felt that we made a good connection over the telephone almost like I was talking to a best friend or a family member throughout the whole entire process. That by itself was extremely important to me because being able to reach out at basically anytime with any question no matter how big or small is something you do not typically see in today's business relationships. Being that I was not dealing with a realtor and this was a first time buying experience I had a lot of questions that realtors probably typically answer, but Allen always took the time to provide me with insight into whatever the subject was. The transaction portion was extremely easy, straightforward, and completed in a very timely manner. there was no pressure to lock anything down. Allen worked with me to obtain exactly what I was looking for in a mortgage servicer. With all documentation being able to be signed through a DocuSign portal it made it quite easy. Once closing was scheduled and about to happen, an issue came up the day before. I was at the beach, Allen was on vacation, but even through that we still communicated and did what needed to be done to keep things moving towards closing. Once the closing issues were resolved on the sellers end everything wrapped up within a day. The business and personal relationship with Allen throughout this whole process was top-notch. I could not have asked for a better experience. Anybody looking for a mortgage or someone to help them along the way to buying a house Allen is the man! Anybody I talk to is looking for a house they get Allen's number because I want them to have an excellent experience because buying a house is not something that needs to be as complicated and a stressful as many people make it."
