"I was purchasing my home without a realtor directly from the seller. I was given Allen's information by a realtor that I know. She spoke very highly. When I decided to start the process of qualifying and preapproval. I gave Allen a shout. After talking with him for about 5 to 10 minutes, I knew right there I would not need to try to find anyone else. I felt that we made a good connection over the telephone almost like I was talking to a best friend or a family member throughout the whole entire process.
