"Well 1 thing is don't change up the price 3k 1 hrs before closing. I think your ducks should be in a better row.. cause that would've been really bad if we was told we was getting the house at 1 price and then right before close the price changes that much.. we all had good communication and there wasn't anything that was asked for that we didn't do immediately. So I think all that should've been figured out alot sooner.. there was a few more things but I always thought buying your first home was supposed to be really nice well our overall experience wasn't good at all. It was very stressful , Aaron done great he had great communication , very polite , knew what he was talking about and very professional. But it was awful"
