Movement Mortgage holds No. 7 nationwide purchase volume ranking
Strong second quarter keeps Movement in top 10 in U.S. for VA and FHA lending
FORT MILL, S.C. — Movement Mortgage ranked 7th out of all national purchase mortgage lenders, according to an analysis of local real estate data, with purchase loan volume of more than $2.2 billion across 9,915 units in the second quarter of 2017. From the beginning of the year through June 30th, Movement achieved purchase loan volume of more than $4.6 billion across 20,513 units.
Movement Mortgage in the second quarter of 2017 also retained top 10 rankings in both Veterans Administration and Federal Housing Administration lending. Movement is 8th overall in FHA purchase loans in the second quarter, according to Inside Mortgage Finance, and remains 7th overall through June 31 in VA purchase loans, according to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
