Movement Mortgage ranked No. 7 nationwide in purchase volume
Strong first quarter puts Movement in top 10 in U.S. for VA and FHA lending
Movement Mortgage ranked 7th out of all national purchase mortgage lenders, according to an analysis of local real estate data, with purchase loan volume of more than $2.3 billion across 10,598 units in the first quarter of 2017.
The results show Movement's continued growth as a national purchase mortgage competitor. The company ranked No. 10 nationally in 2016 for retail mortgage lending, according to Scotsman's Guide.
Movement Mortgage in the first three months of 2017 also attained top 10 positions in both Veterans Administration and Federal Housing Administration lending. Movement is 9th overall in FHA loans in the first quarter, according to Inside Mortgage Finance, and is currently 7th overall through March 31 in VA loans, according to the Department of Veteran's Affairs.
