Justin Andrews To Lead Retail Branch Partner Channel at Movement Mortgage
[KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON – January 25, 2023] — Movement Mortgage, the nation's sixth-largest retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce the addition of Justin “Juice” Andrews as director of branch partnerships. This newly created position will focus on developing and growing Movement's retail branch partner channel.
Andrews has worked in the home finance industry for twenty-five years, most recently as the senior vice president of business development at Hometown Lenders in Huntsville, Alabama. He has also held sales and marketing positions at Finance of America Mortgage, Veristone Capital, Yarrow Bay Mortgage and Merit Financial.
As director of branch partnerships, Andrews will drive strategic growth and expansion opportunities, establish best-in-class partnerships with entrepreneurs looking for next-level success and deliver a true ownership model for aspiring branch managers and producers. While his new role brings national responsibilities, Andrews says his roots and work experiences have always been close to home.
“I started in the industry with a vision of becoming an entrepreneur and grew up from a loan officer banging the phones and moved up through leadership roles,” recalls Andrews. “My career progression taught me the importance of having an incredible back office to support our sales teams in the field. Movement embodies the entrepreneurial spirit by putting the best platform in the hands of the highest producing sales teams.”
That resume has positioned Andrews perfectly for this new role. “I've been a huge fan of Movement for the past decade,” he says. “When the opportunity presented itself — and after I met everyone — I knew I was home.”
“Justin is an incredible asset for the Movement team and the industry as a whole,” says Movement President Mike Brennan. “He'll play an instrumental role in shaping our retail branch partner channel, and we are very excited for his future here with us. His energy and vision are second to none.”
Andrews shares the enthusiasm. “I am excited to help guide the growth of a new channel and contribute my passion to this amazing company,” he added.
Besides being an alumnus of Washington State University, Andrews also holds a business degree from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business. He resides in Kirkland with his wife, Jessica, and three daughters — all of whom are avid skiers and love the outdoors. When not working, Andrews coaches youth sports, something he's been dedicated to for over 20 years. As a side hustle, he owns the Queen Anne Beerhall in Seattle.
