Movement Mortgage Launches Agent Marketing Academy, promotes Tim Davis to National Coaching Director
Movement Mortgage, a top 10 national retail mortgage lender, has promoted Tim Davis to National Coaching Director and launched Agent Marketing Academy, a company-wide loan officer training initiative designed to give Movement loan officers access to more resources that will grow their business.
The Agent Marketing Academy is a training series and media library designed to equip Movement loan officers with the tools they need to provide their professional networks with premier resources. With Movement's Agent Marketing Academy loan officers have access to a library of videos, slide presentations, speaker notes, handouts and other resources needed to host and facilitate best-in-class lunch-and-learns. The courses are designed by Davis and National Sales Coach Geoff Zimpfer.
"Agent Marketing Academy will equip our loan officers with the tools they need to market to real estate agents and other professionals in their network who are looking for the knowledge and expertise required to succeed in today's home buying marketplace," Davis says. "This is just the beginning of major investments in our sales staff as we continue to coach them toward excellence in all areas of their career."
Davis joined Movement Mortgage in 2015 as a National Sales Coach. With his promotion to National Coaching Director, Davis will serve regional directors, market leaders and loan officers by providing sales, leadership and business development coaching. He will oversee Movement's other sales coaches and continue to build curriculum and programming to assist loan officer career growth. In addition, Tim will provide one-on-one coaching to a select group of Movement team members.
"Tim Davis is one of the most respected and successful sales coaches in our industry, and we are excited to see his influence grow in this national role and through the launch of Agent Marketing Academy," says National Sales Director Deran Pennington. "Tim has a gift for empowering and motivating loan officers to not only be more productive but to thrive as leaders of their families and communities."
