From the YMCA to Mortgages | A #MyMovement Story
Sean Earhart is not your typical HR professional. Before Movement, he worked at the YMCA. He had no corporate aspirations, and no industry experience.
"But," he laughs, "I had a buddy who already worked for Movement who isn't really the corporate work kind of guy. If he liked working here, then it must be pretty rad!"
And rad is exactly what Earhart found. Nervous about joining a corporate culture, Earhart was wary of joining the team. So he was surprised by his warm welcome into the company.
"Movement definitely isn't your typical corporate environment. Movement provides a great space for its employees to grow and develop," he says.
Keeping it rad plays an important part in Earhart's daily mission. He claims he's even been shot with a Nerf gun by his manager. Knowing he may get shot with a Nerf gun at any time keeps things pretty interesting, he says. But in all seriousness, he relishes the support of his team.
"They bring so much light and entertainment to my work day. I know how rare a good working culture is."
Nerf guns and all.
