Movement Mortgage, a top 10 national retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce that Tracy Wesemen has joined the company as its newest Market Leader in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Weseman will join established Market Leaders Dana Allen and Mark Diers in managing teams of loan officers and branch managers in Movement's fast-growing Dallas-Fort Worth market. He'll be responsible for leading customer service efforts, production, recruiting and community engagement in Dallas, Fort Worth and West Texas, and will report to Regional Director Chris Blevins.

"Chris Blevins and the team here have done a spectacular job of laying the groundwork," Weseman says. "I am excited to help continue that growth and make Dallas/Fort Worth a Movement market."

Wesemen is a 20-year mortgage industry veteran with extensive sales, management and leadership experience. He's coached and mentored hundreds of sales professionals and continues to work with and train loan officers and real estate agents across the country.

At Movement, he plans to keep adding top-producing loan officers to the Dallas team and open more offices and branches in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

He's excited to join Movement because the company's mission and culture match his own values system, he says.

"The mortgage industry, the real estate market, and even the world as a whole right now are tough environments," Weseman says. "If we all worked to love each other more, and focused on making a difference in others, our industry, communities and the world would be a much better place."

He'll split his time working out of offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and West Texas.

Wesemen spends his free time hunting, golfing, coaching baseball and traveling with his family. He and his wife Tracy Lee have been married for 23 years and he considers his two children, Aaron and Alysa, his life's greatest accomplishments.
