Movement Mortgage, a top 10 national retail mortgage lender, has hired James Essen as Regional Director for its Upper Midwest Region including Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Illinois.

An experienced mortgage professional, Essen joins Movement Mortgage to specialize in furthering business development and cultivating customer -focused relationships on behalf of Movement Mortgage in the Upper Midwest. Prior to joining Movement Mortgage, Essen served as the District Manager for Eagle Home Mortgage overseeing growth in four states.

Essen resides in Twin Cities, Minnesota with his wife, Amber, and five children. His hobbies include traveling, golfing, reading and coaching youth sports.
