Movement names Aimée Dodson Chief Engagement Officer

Movement Mortgage, a national top 10 retail lender, is pleased to appoint Aimée Dodson as its first-ever Chief Engagement Officer. In this role, Dodson will oversee sales onboarding and training, affiliate relationships, and culture-related programming such as GraceWorks, which donated $1.5 million in 2024 to employee-nominated not-for-profit organizations across the U.S.
Aimée was among Movement’s first employees, joining the company in 2008. Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles in finance, human resources, project management, and community outreach. She also launched Movement’s award-winning Thrive program, helping establish the company as a global leader in employee engagement.

Dodson joins a cohesive team under Chief Information Officer, Lyra Waggoner, with a focus on improving the employee experience across training, recruiting, coaching, technology, marketing, and more. This restructuring ensures that Movement delivers best-in-class event execution while curating unique and fulfilling experiences for teammates from end to end.
