Jon Humberger Joins Movement Mortgage in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA — Movement Mortgage, the nation's sixth-largest retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce the addition of Market Leader Jon Humberger to its team serving metropolitan Indianapolis and the surrounding area.
Humberger brings to Movement over 21 years of home financing experience, having most recently worked in a similar capacity at the local branch of ML Mortgage Corp. Prior to that, Humberger was based in Dallas, Texas, at University Lending Group, Hamilton Group Funding, and International City Mortgage (now Doorway Home Loans). Earlier career stops included Michigan Mutual and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
“I entered the mortgage business in a quite random way,” said Humberger. “After college, I sold office copier equipment. But while I was purchasing my first home, the mortgage broker thought I would make a great loan officer. The rest is history.”
"Being part of the Movement Mortgage Family means so much more than mortgages. Love and valuing others is exactly what I have been searching for during my extended career in the mortgage business. I am so excited to be part of this team and to share the mission of helping others as we grow the state of Indiana."
“Jon is the perfect fit for this role because of the reputation he has established for himself throughout his career,” said Regional Director Geoff Brown [NMLS 90036]. “He is a proven leader and brings a lot of energy, experience and relationships that will serve our colleagues, realtors and communities extremely well. We look forward to the growth and impact he will have in Indiana.”
A graduate of Bethel College in Mishawaka, Indiana, Humberger has been married to his wife Cassy for 14 years. The couple resides in Indianapolis and has two children, Dylan and Sydney. Their family also includes two grandchildren, Quinn and Malcolm, and two Great Danes, Barbie and Grace. When not working, Humberger attends as many Notre Dame football games as possible.
