INDIAN LAND, SOUTH CAROLINA — Movement Mortgage, a top 10 national retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce Coach Bill Hart has agreed to join the organization as National Leadership Coach to mentor and develop leaders in sales, operations and corporate functions.

Hart comes to Movement as a nationally respected executive coach, speaker, author and thought leader, having logged more than 17,000 hours as an executive coach with Building Champions Inc., plus 25 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. For nearly 20 years, Coach Bill has produced a monthly interview series showcasing top-producing agents. During that time, he interviewed over 200 of the country's top Realtors, closing an average of 150 transactions annually. His first book is called White Collar Warrior – Lessons for Sales Professionals from America's Military Elite, where he draws comparisons between the best the U.S. military produces and the most effective sales professionals. "All In with Coach Bill Hart" is his podcast that showcases a wide variety of people who match that description.

"'For such a time as this' is the phrase that comes to mind as I consider the many top producers, leaders and executives I've been privileged to walk beside as an executive coach," Hart says about joining Movement. "Culture match and alignment was a critical consideration for me, having been part of a company like Building Champions, which is really more like a tribe or brotherhood for me.

"I'm thrilled for the opportunity to bring the many lessons I've learned over the years to Movement's exciting platform, focused on loving and valuing people," he adds. "In an industry that has long been transactional, I'm fired up to help spread the power of a relational focus."

"Coach Bill's values are in direct alignment with ours and bringing his valued and respected voice into the conversation at Movement will serve to amplify the message of our mission," Movement CEO Casey Crawford says.

At Movement, Hart will build executive coaching programs alongside Movement's industry-leading sales coaching program, led by Tim Davis. Hart will coach and build leadership development structures for Movement's sales executives, its operations community leaders and its corporate department heads. As a gifted speaker and communicator, Hart will also use his platform as an ambassador for the Movement brand, helping share the Movement story with thousands of leaders in his network.

"Coach Bill Hart has already been an incredible blessing to me and so many of our top sales leaders, so I know this partnership is going to supercharge our entire organization," Movement Mortgage President Mike Brennan says. "Coach Bill is fully aligned with our values around loving and serving people, and I am excited to see how he will invest in hundreds of lives here at Movement."

Coach Bill resides in Moorpark, California with his wife Toni and enjoys time with family, reading and playing golf.

Movement Mortgage, founded in 2008, funded approximately $30 billion in home mortgages in 2020, making it one of the largest purchase mortgage lenders in the U.S. Licensed in all 50 states, the company is expanding nationwide as it hires hundreds of loan officers, underwriters, processors, closers and other support professionals to help lead its continued growth plans.

In 2020, privately-held Movement Mortgage paid a $200 million dividend to its nonprofit Movement Foundation as part of its mission to love and value people by investing in communities. This "more than mortgages" initiative has resulted in the construction of three public charter schools with plans to construct at least 10 more over the next five years. The foundation also supports community grants across the U.S. and the development of community centers in developing countries.
