Movement Mortgage, a national top 10 retail mortgage lender, is excited to announce the addition of one of the top lenders in the state of Florida, Dana Cummins.

Cummins joins Movement after assisting 127 families last year with a production total of $23 million. Working out of Tallahassee, Cummins was the top producer in her company in the state of Florida by units and was third overall with her company in Florida for volume.

Cummins says she's excited to join Movement because it gives her the opportunity to be able to serve her clients quicker and build strong relationships with her Realtor partners. "I look forward to an expedited process, with less overlays and less stress put on clients and Realtors," says Cummins. "The big bonus is that the realtor is 100% confident that they are showing a fully qualified borrower properties and that the transaction can close quickly, if the need should arise."

Joining Cummins in the transition is her assistant, Amber Thompson. Cummins and Thompson will serve the Tallahassee area and report to Market Leader Tim Sheppard.

Originally from Ohio, Cummins was raised in Clearwater, Florida and relocated to Tallahassee in January 2001 where she got into the mortgage lending business. She's been married for 21 years and has two teenage children.
