"Communications with all involved folks on the team was great and any questions that I had were always answered! A great team to work with! While all aspects of my experience were great, I do have one piece of critical feedback that has to do more with making Caliber approachable as a prospective customer: I would describe rate and pricing transparency as somewhat poor. For example, I realize commitment fees are standard but disclosing this pricing up front rather than on a price sheet after I've already locked in would be nice. (This wouldn't change my decision to go with Caliber, but it would just be nice to know up front). Same with rates - I was unable to get any kind of current rate estimates (which I realize are dependent on many factors and always changing), but getting a point-in-time estimate from Caliber seemed like it wasn't an option. As mentioned above, my experience was great, but with a bit more transparency on this front, it could be even better (the best?)"
