"Susan was so on top of everything and made the whole process very simple for us. She was great about keeping us updated on overall progress and what we needed to do to move things forward. She's also just a lovely person and easy to work with! Can't recommend her enough."

"Susan is very knowledgeable. Kind, caring, hardworking and generally a wonderful person! She went above and beyond to get us the loan that we needed, made sure that the realtors were doing what they were supposed to, and make sure that everything went smoothly for our home buying experience! She made miracles happen when we felt all hope was lost. She was always up beat, cheerful and optimistic! She is a huge asset to any home buyer! She is a wonderful person who cares! We will most definitely use Susan again when we are ready to refinance!"
