"I really appreciated the overall communication with both Parker & Marita regarding the loan status as it went thru all of the steps in the process. The mortgage loan process can be frustrating and sometimes confusing but Parker & Marita kept the strress level to a minimum and kept things moving. The quick 3 week closing for the loan was outstanding. I would recommend Movement Mortgage (Parker & Marita) to anyone considering a home loan. On a side note the only issue I had in the entire process was the confusion related to the $10,000 seller concessions not being fully allowed. I don't understand why if the seller offers $10,000 that the loan only allowed $9,939. An insignificant amount in the overall process but not right in my opinion. Why did this issue only come up on the day before closing. It should have been raised earlier in the process, and why was it not caught prior to the last minute??"
