"Let me first say that this box is buggy for android mobile users. You have to enter a letter, lose control of the box, select it again, then push enter just to even be able to type. Someone's slacking at their job here, and it isn't Najah Tran. 5000 characters, minus the few hundred due to this buggy box and my inability to ignore it, isn't a sufficient amount of characters to describe just how out of her way and above and way beyond normal expectations Najah performed. We encountered problems at literally every foreseeable and unforeseeable corner of this loan. This wasn't your standard conventional loan. I am a person who was hit by covid over 4 years ago, and I went from a highly productive engineer and programmer to a person surviving on disability insurance in a matter of a few years due to long covid or post-viral illness. This causes my sleep-wake schedule to be off, my energy levels to be low, and my mental capacity to be very limited at times to name just a few of the symptoms. Najah was extremely flexible working throughout the day, providing correspondence at any day of the week or hours, simply to help accommodate my situation. Would anyone else do that alone? Sure, but not many. Najah had to navigate my disability status and situation to ensure I would be eligible for a loan, she had to navigate the SHIP loan program for Santa Rosa county, she had to navigate issues with numerous failed inspections, and she had to keep a team of people organized throughout the entire process. I literally could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, compassionate, willing to learn, or willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Not enough great things can be said about Najah. She made this process, which was absolutely nightmarish for every reason but her, bearable with her great sense of humor and level of commitment to her work. It is evident to me, having spent hours on the phone with her dealing with issues, that she is amongst the top tier of her peers on her field. Anyone would be lucky to train under her or to work with her, and anyone who dealt with that subordinate would be lucky to encounter the wisdom Najah has passed on to them. If I might be so bold, simply put, Najah is an absolute badass in her profession. Thank you for all of your hard work Najah!"
