"Matt was great to work with. He always responded quickly even at night or on weekends. we have purchased multiple homes & this transaction was the easiest, least stressful purchase. from making an offer to ctc was only 16 days. That is NOT the norm! (I have been in the mortgage business for 35 years and know that is lightning speed) we would highly recommend Matt to friends/family."
