My only complaint about the whole process (no fault of Martha or Lynn) was the ridiculous requests from underwriting to settle immaterial (less than $150) credit card debts right before closing. I would suggest there be some common-sense deminimus tests (say less than $500) to avoid all the silly back and forth having to pay of credit cards for immaterial balances that have noithign to do with credit worthiness."
