The company you use for the counseling could have taken a little more time on their call, if I did not have ny mortgage business knowledge it would have been very confusing for someone that did not understnd the product. And of course we know that the appraiser was totally bogus and I know you don't control that but you should make the company you contract with to order the appraisals aware of the fact that he was terrible and made many mistakes in the report."

"George listened, answered our questions and educated us on a HECM loan. He was always available and answered our texts and calls in a timely manner. We were, probably naively, surprised that as soon as all paperwork was signed, our loan was sent to Longbridge for servicing. We had assumed that we would deal with MM for the duration and have George as our agent, which was a driving factor in our decision. So we were disappointed. We were never purposely misled, but our assumptions were wrong. I would suggest communicating this process to future clients. We are, however, content with our decision and appreciate MM's help in getting us here."
