"Donnie was an absolutey wondefrful asset throughout this entire process. The one major thing that anyone anywhere lacks is communication skills at the lowest level to the highest level, but Donnie never faltered in this area. Every voice mail was replied with a phone call, every text was responded to rapidly, and every email was answered almost immediately, and if he was tied up in meetings he would let you know. I always received some kind of communication back within the same business day. The last major part about communication is that he was NOT some cold strictly professional entity and could keep it light hearted when it was permitted, if you made a joke or slightly cheeky comment he replied accordingly. For me personally the fact that Donnie had all of these traits made it seem like I was talking with an old friend instead of a gentleman I met only by phone 30 days prior to my closing date, which relieved a lot of stress from a normally pretty stressful ordeal.
