"Could have been informed better on the actual process, step by step from the start of the loan to the end. I only new it would take 30-days for loan officer to get back on what type of loan I qualified. Informing the client on what goes on next would be vary ideal. I did not know where I stood in the process after proceeding with loan. How long it would take for loan to clear. At the end. I was not informed the date of the payoff was done, check number, mailed or wired. I called the individual that handled that area, to get the information so I can call my debt company and informed them the payoff was mailed, with check number and amount because the payoff date had expired. The home insurance was not paid on time. I called individiual that was to make the payment........when will payment be paid because I did not want the home insurance (Allstate) to get cancelled. I understand the loan officer was in the middle, but years of experience in the field. Recommend to be more communitive/informative/follow up with client to inform the next step of the loan. It would have been a better experience. Thank you for allowing me to provide my experience and how you can make it better for other clients in the future. I will recommend your officer and company to friends and family."
