"I presented some challenges with information that I was not able to provide, so I was probably not a normal case. That being said, there was a ton of back and forth of requesting info, discussion, providing, needing more, discussing, providing, needing more etc. It just felt like the process could have been much more streamlined and effecient. It would have been easier if all of the requested info was asked for at the start and we didnt have to wait a day between each time they needed something else. My criticism is with Movement Mortgage, not with Bubba. Bubba was very kind and professional as he helped me navigate some of the challenges I faced when providing documents."
