Low rates could push home prices higher

Mortgage rates dropped below 4% on average in May of 2019 and they haven’t gone above 3.99% since! This week the average is 3.6% for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage, but it isn’t entirely great news. These low rates could push home prices up faster than consumers would want.
